Chi Draconis is a spectroscopic binary star located in the Draco constellation.
Chi Draconis
(χ Dra) is a spectroscopic binary star but only the primary component is visible in this image. The primary is magnitude 3.58 yellow-white star and it has a spectral type of F7V. It is bright enough to be visible to the naked eye.
The companion star is smaller and in an orbit so close that it is lost in the glare of the primary in this image.
